With Egyptian family origin and a soccer backround, Saad was picked up by the Saints after winning the VFL medal for best player under 23 years of age.
PROS: Set to add a side act to Milne in the Saints forward line, loves to tackle and maintain forward pressure, kicks goals, plays a bit like Cyril Rioli and is sure to be a popular cheap selection this year.
CONS: Unproven at AFL level and there is a big jump in quality, Saints gamestyle unknown under their new coach Scott Waters, will battle Milne for Riewoldts crumbs and goals this season.
